First, this is not normal. While he might not have a physical problem, there is obviously some sort of emotional issue here. Could be an orientation issue - perhaps he though marriage would "cure" him? Also, There are people who suffer from sexual anorexia. There are many sexual disorders out there that have nothing to do with ED. Could be that he's having an affair or that he's got some sort of sexual addiction as is fine with getting his jollies with porn or other stimulation. Have her check her temporary internet files on the computer. Also, do a search on cookies and hit the internet history button too. See what comes up. The hardest thing for your friend is that he's in total denial. She can't do ANYTHING unless he's willing to open up. She's got to decide how long she's willing to live with a lack of communication.
