					<description>Delurking to say... wow. What a job. I am an L&#38;D nurse (easily the happiest unit in the hospital until something goes wrong, and when it does it is horribly wrong) and I have to say, you have to be a strong person to be good at a job like yours. Kudos.</description>

i just finished a bagel and cream cheese and when i read that my stomach got that warm sensation. blech.

i feel bad for the guy who tried to kill himself twice. (?) yeah. but i wonder who found him and why they didn't follow up on him.
